As a Quality Monitor for CFI for the past year and a half, Sherill Claggett has continued to produce a high number of Direct and Remote Monitoring records each month and, in fact, has the highest call volume on the team including the month of May. She has also provided key observations to management and helped improve operations throughout the past year. Earlier this year, Sherill observed an error with an IVR which was deemed to be a very good catch and prevented additional problems for the CMS contractor. We appreciate Sherill’s hardworking, positive attitude and that she frequently looks for ways to learn and improve both her own skills and the current call monitoring process. We are proud to have her on our team!
